Walleed
Walleed Nasr is the driving force behind What We Think CIC – a grassroots mental health movement committed to breaking cycles, building self-worth, and empowering communities through therapeutic transformation. With over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through addiction recovery, behavioural change, and mental wellness, Walleed leads with compassion, lived understanding, and proven techniques.
Qualified as a Certified Behavioural Therapist, NLP Practitioner, Mind Coach, and Life Coach, his approach is dynamic, culturally aware, and deeply personal. He specialises in helping people overcome low confidence, trauma, and destructive thought patterns – replacing them with clarity, purpose, and resilience.
Walleed is also the founder of The Arty Buddha, a mindful, creative framework that combines CBT, NLP, and holistic practices to support emotional healing and inner growth. His methods are at the core of What We Think’s workshops, coaching sessions, and group interventions – creating safe spaces where real change can happen.
Whether he’s mentoring young men, leading mental health workshops in the community, or designing powerful transformation programs, Walleed’s message is simple: change starts from within. His work is driven by belief in the power of thought, the strength of community, and the right every person has to feel whole again.

Aimie
With a unique combination of lived experience and professional expertise, Aimie brings invaluable insight and compassion to the What We Think team. Having personally navigated anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and complex trauma—including experiences of domestic violence and abuse – she offers a deep understanding and empathy for those who have faced similar struggles.
In addition to her personal journey, Aimie has a solid administration background, having worked at Alder Hey, Southport, and Ormskirk Hospitals. At Alder Hey, she provided research and admin support, while at Southport and Ormskirk, she focused on chronic care patients, gaining extensive experience in managing sensitive and complex situations.
Her ability to balance practical admin support with a deep sense of compassion makes her a valued member of the team, someone who truly understands the importance of being seen and heard, no matter what a person has been through.

Harry
At just 26, Harry brings powerful lived experience to What We Think. He has been free from alcohol and cocaine for over two years, having transformed his life through a dedicated recovery journey. Now a qualified CBT practitioner, Harry volunteers his time to support others walking similar paths. With years of insight, empathy, and lived understanding, he helps individuals take meaningful steps toward lasting change – offering real support from someone who truly gets it.
Harry’s biggest inspiration is his daughter, Sienna. She gives him strength, purpose, and the motivation to keep growing and giving back. His journey is a reminder that even in the darkest moments, there’s always a light worth fighting for.

Heather
Hi, I’m Heather – The Brain Trainer™ and I help people THINK differently about the things in their lives.
Overcoming pesky mental blocks, thoughts, ideas and beliefs, that are holding you back, keep you stuck in an anxiety loop and stopping you from waltzing down your life’s path with ease and swagger.
Using my tried and tested brain training exercises that mentally, emotionally and spiritually free you from habits and behaviours that have become your automatic and go to pattern. The brain is very powerful… yet subtle, working in the background of your life maintaining and protecting the current programme that YOU set.
I love working individually with clients as it gives me the access to the specific story and key moments that have built your beliefs. Using a mix of psychology, emotional reading, body language, language cues, brain know-how, I tailor confidential, goal orientated (and fun!) sessions for my clients who leave more confident, in control and with their BRAIN TRAINED.

Azik

Be unbreakable, unshakeable and unstoppable and above all find the real you.
